Our client sought to create an innovative consumer brand in a crowded retail space.  After digging in to thoroughly understand the client's vision, we developed a detailed operational and financial plan.  Executing on the plan, we made the clients' dream become a reality.

A mature company was at a cross-roads and needed help evaluating options for growth...taking on new investors, exploring a sale to a larger venture, staying the course with continued owner investment.  We worked closely with the team to analyze alternatives, providing a unique persepctive.  The company found the results extremely valuable.

With investment banking/venture capital experience, we are able to provide high-level support to small businesses seeking to understand their value.  An entrepreneur engaged us to be "on her side of the table" when negotiating the price and terms of her company's sale to a private equity firm.  With our help, our client achieved over 25% more cash at closing and a more favorable equity stake. In addition, we provided strategic direction for the new entity with valuable competitive positioning ideas.
